Dr. Julia Bulfon

Published

Dr. Bulfon hails from a small town in Southern Ontario. She graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2019 and re-located to Saint John’s, where she practiced small animal medicine. As a general practitioner, Dr. Bulfon enjoyed surgery, exotic pets and complicated behavioural cases. In October of 2019, Dr. Bulfon began locum work as a relief veterinarian for the VSCNL’s emergency department. She quickly fell in love with the dynamic and exciting environment of emergency and critical care, becoming a full-time member of the VSCNL emergency and critical care team in June of 2020.

On her days off, Dr. Bulfon enjoys exploring the Avalon Peninsula, landscape photography, and learning new musical instruments. She lives with her partner and their two calico cats: 10-year-old Amber and 20-year-old Jimner.
