Dr. Tara Richards is a board-certified Ophthalmologist, currently working and living in Ontario. Dr Richards completed her Bachelor of Science at Waterloo University and then earned her DVM degree at OVC in 2004. She completed her Ophthalmology residency and a PhD at OVC and was board-certified in 2010 by the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists.
